Wellness works the same way. The small steps you take each day — fueling your body, managing stress, saving for the future, and supporting one another — all add up to long-term strength and resilience.
This Wellness Month, we invite you to Own Your Wellness by focusing on the areas that matter most:
WELLNESS MONTH BREAKDOWN
- 🤝 WEEK 1: Overall Wellness (October 6th – 10th) : Support each other, build connections, and grow together.
- 💵 WEEK 2: Financial Wellness (October 13th – 17th): Strengthen your financial foundation through smart choices.
- ❤️ WEEK 3: Physical Wellness (October 20th – 24th) : Stay active, eat well, and prioritize preventive care.
- 🧠 WEEK 4: Mental Wellness (October 27th – 31st): Build resilience, reduce stress, and practice mindfulness.
When we own the outcome — in our work and in our wellness — we create stronger people, stronger teams, and a stronger MKB.

- Volunteer on your own time (animal shelter, youth coach, etc.)
